RainwoodBio · oem

Fish oil softgel OEM and private label, with the specification agreed first.

RainwoodBio is focused on fish oil softgel manufacturing for supplement brands, importers and distributors. Use a clear review path to align product, packaging, evidence and order plan before quotation or sample approval.

A disciplined OEM process

Reduce quote ambiguity
before it becomes order risk.

In an OEM project, price and lead time cannot be compared fairly until scope is aligned. Record the product and market requirements once, then use the same approved brief for feasibility, sample review and production planning.

1. Define your commercial brief

Country, channel, annual or first-order volume, EPA/DHA target, serving plan, pack count and launch timing.

2. Check product and document feasibility

Confirm oil form, concentration, fill, shell, capsule format, packaging and the product-specific evidence that can be supplied.

3. Align sample against the intended specification

Record the sample revision, target active amounts, pack and label direction. Identify any differences that must be resolved before approval.

4. Approve the order specification and quotation basis

Confirm quantity, unit basis, packaging, Incoterm, documents, quality criteria, delivery plan and any exclusions in writing.

5. Coordinate production and export documents

Agree batch identification, release records, label control and shipment documents with the importing buyer and responsible importer.

Commercial planning examples

Public supplier figures
are not our quote.

Different suppliers publish different program examples. These are directional planning references only. RainwoodBio MOQ, pricing and lead time must be confirmed after you provide the final project brief.

Not market averages or RainwoodBio commitments. The sources below describe different suppliers, formulations and packaging scopes. Their figures are not normalized for Incoterm, freight, taxes, sample costs, formula, pack materials or exact specification.
MOQ EXAMPLES

Supplier examples range by program

EhealBio’s FAQ cites ready-formula and OEM volumes; JingSheng cites a 120-count bottle program; Pronova displays a 10,000-bottle program. Scope and units differ.

TIME EXAMPLES

Sample and production stages differ

Public pages list different timing for stock samples, custom samples and bulk production. Confirm the start point and scope; “lead time” may exclude artwork, testing and shipping.

PRICE SNAPSHOT

One marketplace listing: US$2.30–3.50

A single Alibaba category result showed one 1,000 mg 18/12, 120-softgel offer with MOQ 100 boxes. This is one listing, not a benchmark or quotation.

Prepare your RFQ

Give us the inputs buyers compare.

Share the active target, capsule/pack direction, destination and estimated order volume. We can then review feasibility and identify the commercial terms that still need confirmation.
